Dr. Trevor Crossley was born and raised in San Diego, Ca. He provides care that spans across sports injuries, pregnancy, postnatal, injury prevention, and family wellness. While helping many military, athletes, students, families, and kids, his approach allows for treatment of everyone. With a strong emphasis in functional movement, he incorporates physical activity and exercise to maintain healthy recovery and strength for longevity and a pain-free life. He has served as the team chiropractor for the Mira Mesa High School Lacrosse team assisting with first-aid and injury evaluation and is always looking to volunteer for community events. He is married to his wife Teresa where they both work as chiropractors together.
After going through back surgery himself, he knows how chiropractic and the positive impact of proper movement and rehab can help alleviate and fix most back injuries. With extensive backgrounds of personal injury and experience in treating injuries, he emphasizes an evidence-based approach to chiropractic care and how it can be used to facilitate healing. Certified in multiple soft-tissue and taping techniques, he utilizes multiple treatment modalities specific to the patient’s condition to get them better as quickly as possible. A thorough exam and accurate diagnosis is critical for the most successful and effective treatment outcomes.
