Group Workouts

Breakaway Training group workouts are a great way to jump start your fitness with friends and push yourself to the next level. Our group workouts are held three times a week.

  • Tuesday – 5:45PM @ Road Runner Sports San Diego, CA – The Original Coached Turbo Cycling Class (beware of imitations!)
  • Thursday – 6:00PM Running Workout
  • Sunday – AM Workout – Location Varies – Brick, Trail Run, Time Trial, Hill Repeats, Ocean Swim, Palomar Climb, Fartlek, etc

The high energy environment of group workouts will make you faster and have more fun than you can handle. With each coach adding their own experience and know how to the workouts, athletes are exposed to a variety of workout styles and settings. Coaches are available at each workout to answer questions, correct technique and form issues, and motivate you to be your best.

Group Workout Rates:

$85/mo. or $15 per class (drop-in)

Monthly Group Training Subscription: Entitles purchaser the right to attend any and all group training sessions each month. $85 recurring payment each month.
